Maureen Seguin Mompreneur Personal Branding Session

As a mom of two busy toddlers, a wife and a realtor (in the top 10% of agents for the last 6 years), Mompreneur Maureen Seguin strives to be the best at all of those roles including lego tower builder. Her motto in life is “Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life.”

Lucky for her, she loves being a mom and a realtor and it’s a great fit for her as the real estate world was introduced to her at an early age.

Real Estate Life

“My Dad was a single parent and his side hustle was buying and flipping homes. His drive for finding the right property quickly became my passion and with his help I was able to purchase my first home at 21.”

Mompreneur Loves Her Work

Maureen shared that people and their stories are part of what she loves about real estate:

“Everyone has a story, and each one fascinates me. It’s the people I meet, that I would otherwise not have known, and the life stories they share with me that I love, love, love the most about my job.”

“Secondly, You never stop learning. While it can be intimidating to not have an answer for everything, as someone that loves learning, my job provides a smorgasbord of things to learn. Market trends, new technologies, social media and the things that just pop up in every deal means there’s always something to learn.”

Travel Love

In her personal life, Maureen loves to travel and she feels fortunate to have a career that gives her the flexibility of work/ life balance. Pre-Covid, she and her hubby took their 2 kids (ages 2 & 1) to China, Thailand, India and Japan. She said that trip was nothing like she’s ever experienced before. All I can say is you are brave girl! Well done!

Telling Maureen’s Story

Seeing as Maureen is constantly juggling her family and her career, it made sense for us to tell her Mompreneur story by getting images of both work and family. We shot on site at a beautiful home for her career images including a traditional head shot and lots of great photos showing her professionalism and fun personality. At her home we captured incredible images of the real family fun.

I think the best part of Personal Branding sessions is the authenticness that the images can convey. Like, we couldn’t have posed her daughter to put her finger up her nose even if we bribed her with ice cream. Yet this image is perfect to show just how busy her family life really is. The juggle is real!

Before I pull out the camera, it’s so important for me to truly get to know my clients and their photo wishes, so that on shoot day we both know exactly the types of images we want to get. Whether it’s career, family, or a mix of both, I strive to infuse your brand with your personality!
