Ms. Claire: Vancouver Boudoir and Portrait Photoshoot

The lovely Ms.Claire participated in our Fabulous Beyond 40 Experience and we asked her all about it. Here’s what she had to say.

WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO CELEBRATE BEING FAB OVER 40?

I have put so much focus and effort into living the most healthy lifestyle I can. I wanted to capture this moment in time and always remember feeling so strong and confident.

WHAT DID YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE?

I felt very shy and unsure at first, as I am typically quite awkward on camera. But by the time the session was wrapping up, I felt so excited and confident and couldn’t wait for my reveal session. Michele gave such strong and precise instructions and complimentary feedback throughout.

HOW HAS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY CHANGED OVER TIME?

I used to be so worried about what others thought, I always wanted to be the best and if I wasn’t, I would avoid those situations which made me feel not quite good enough. Now I am comfortable in my skin just as I am. I thrive on being around those who I admire. It pushes me to be better, stronger, and the best version of myself.

WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED TO APPRECIATE MORE AS YOU HAVE AGED?

Health is so important. I am grateful to have the capability and commitment to keeping my body strong and healthy. A strong mind and a great support system are so important to overall health.

WHAT ADVICE CAN YOU OFFER OTHER WOMEN?

Just be you. The best you. Whatever that is for you.
